Gabriel Loire Symphonic Sculpture 1975

A brilliant world of dream that one cannot imagine from its appearance unfolds within the tower. Please go up the stairs and enter the tower. Owls, birds, and magicians are here. Dancing, playing music, and pantomiming… The 700 colors of glass shards catch the light from outside and reflect a child’s dream world like a kaleidoscope. If you climb the spiral staircase, from the rooftop you can view many of the artworks below. Its creator, Gabriel Loire, is a stained glass artist representative of France. The glass, produced by striking with a hammer, has five times the thickness of ordinary stained glass, and by refracting the light from outside in a complex manner, the glass allows it to permeate inside and give off a fantastical radiance.
